The old one was black coloured and often failed with leaks to the head... leading to the HGF

1.8i plastic manifold for 120bhp engine with mounted newer green coloured gasket	throttle body flange	RH hose connector for expansion tank flow back from the head through the jiggle valve	gasket side with jiggle valve on the left.
The damn jiggle valve. Prone to get sticky after drain of coolant. See the derivates from dry coolant !!	the visible green mark of the newer gasket	LH location near the throttle body	injector places
