| - Die Scheibe wie üblich mit Wasser und Leder vorreinigen. - mit weichem Lappen wenig Paste auf die Scheibe auftragen. ACHTUNG nicht den Stoff beschmutzen. - Den Politurfilm gut trocknen lassen. - Mit sauberem weichen Lappen auspolieren. |
- pre-clean the window with water as usual and let it dry. - apply a small amount of polish with a smooth piece of fabric to the window.. NOTICE: do not apply to the softtop fabric. - let the polish dry a couple of minutes - polish off with another clean piece of fabric |

Es haben sich im Grossen und Ganzen zwei Materialien für den Einsatz als Heckscheibe in einem Softtop bewährt. Das eine ist Glas und das andere Flexglas. Flexglas wird unter den Markennamen Wopavin oder Ultralite vertrieben. Wopavin-(oder Ultralite-) Flexglas ist ein gepresstes, weichmacherhaltiges, flexibles Plattenmaterial mit hochglänzender Oberfläche aus PVC. Relativ neu ist das Flexglas aus dem aliphatischen TPU Texin®DP7-3007. Es besteht also nicht aus PVC sondern aus einem thermoplastischen Polyurethan. Die Vorteile gegenüber dem Wopavin-Flexglas aus PVC sind das tiefere Gewicht, es ist kratzfester und weitgehend beständig gegen UV-Licht.
