Beim Anfahren bemerkte ich immer öfter ein
einzelnes Knacken aus dem Frontbereich. Auußedem hatte ich
das Gefühl, daß das Lenkrad bei höherer Geschwindigkei
unruhig in der Hand lag.

I realised a single knock when starting to drive.
Also I had the feeling of a wierd steering wheel at higher speed.

Vorn angehoben und mal am Rad gewackelt, vertikal und quer. Bei
vertikaler Belastung ist ein deutliches Spiel da. Von innen beobachtet,
keine Frage das Ding ist 'fertig'. |
Lifted at the front.
A shaking force in horizontal and vertical direction at the wheel shows the problem. The Ball joint is worn, the wheel rattels in vertical direction. A look at the joint from under the car shows it. Addition result of this little investigation.... Only the related Tyre is worn on the inside. |

Von oben gesehen sind schon Zentrierungen (Körnerpunkte) zum Ausbohren vorhanden. Es geht auch ohne Ständerbohrmaschine und Demontage des Unterlenkers |
